All sailing data, voyage logs, and other content you enter into SkipperLog remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record.
SkipperLog is a personal logbook tool. It is not intended as an official navigational record for legal, insurance, or regulatory purposes without independent verification.

We strive to keep SkipperLog available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.
SkipperLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data.
In particular, SkipperLog is not liable for any decisions made based on the data recorded in the app, including navigational decisions.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations in your country of residence.
